Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.
Bristol City secured another routine pre-season victory on Saturday at the expense of Yeovil Town. Lee Johnson’s side scored three times in six first-half minutes to take the game away from the Glovers, and the Bristol Post and Somerset Live report on the result.
The Post feature comments made by City’s head coach, who spoke for the first time following Lee Tomlin’s departure to Cardiff City.
Johnson also informed the assembled media at Huish Park that there are “no current bids on the table” for any City players, which the Post highlight.
Finally, City’s £5.3m record signing Famara Diediou made his first appearance in City colours on Saturday. The Senegalese striker showed flashes of his ability with some sharp turns and clever touches and the Post analyse his overall performance.
These stories have been reproduced from today's media. It does not necessarily represent the position of Bristol City FC.
