Media Watch - December 2nd/3rd

Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.

The likes of Sky Sports, ESPN, Sports Mole and Talk Sport lead with City's rise up the Sky Bet Championship table and their push for promotion, after the 2-1 home victory against Middlesbrough on Saturday.

Football League World shows off the best tweets in reaction to Jamie Paterson's latest hilarious goal GIF. It was shared by @bcfctweets after he netted City's second goal yesterday.

The Bristol Post suggests City can continue to move forward under head coach Lee Johnson. It says the City boss got things "spot on once again" after guiding the club to their second win in three games.

City supporters have also been having their say on who the club should look to sign in January. Preston's Jordan Hugill, Barry Bannan of Sheffield Wednesday and QPR's Matt Smith have all been suggested as January signings, writes the Post.

Attacking playmaker Jamie Paterson has spoken to the Daily Mail of similarities between the current City squad and the Huddersfield Town side which won promotion to the Premier League last season.

The Socceroos official website reports on defender Bailey Wright's input for City on Saturday; his cross setting up Joe Bryan to open the scoring at BS3.
