Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.

BBC Sport, the Bristol Post and Sky Sports all feature the late night news of City's capture of Norrkoping winger Niclas Eliasson.

Luton Town boss Nathan Jones has told Bedfordshire News that the situation surrounding rumoured City target Isaac Vassell is becoming "a circus". The forward was left out by Luton last night due to illness.

Jamie McAllister spoke at the post-match press conference after the 5-0 win over Plymouth Argyle and revealed absent Gustav Engvall is poised for a return to Sweden, which the Post report on.

Plymouth boss Derek Adams says he made too many changes to his team at Ashton Gate, resulting in the 5-0 drubbing. Adams, who made nine changes, was speaking to BBC Sport.

The Birmingham Mail and Bristol Post speculate about Aden Flint after his absence from the starting XI last night.

Former City striker Nicky Maynard has been speaking about the changes he has noticed in Derek McInnes. Aberdeen forward Maynard has now worked the Scotsman at Ashton Gate and Pittodrie, reports the Aberdeen Press and Journal.

Meanwhile, FourFourTwo Magazine has taken a closer look at the club's Twitter page and its goal celebrations GIFs.

These stories have been reproduced from today's media. It does not necessarily represent the position of Bristol City FC.
