Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.

Football Insider website claims Newcastle United are poised to bid for City left-back Joe Bryan.

The Bristol Post report that Icelandic international goalkeeper Ogmundur Kristinsson is heading to City for a trial period. Kristinsson, capped 14 times by his country, is currently on the books of Swedish club Hammarby.

Lee Johnson has rubbished suggestions he is looking to recruit Brentford's Harlee Dean, reports West London Sport.

Sky Sports, the Post and BBC Sport all report on a dramatic evening in West London as City snatched a 2-2 draw at Brentford thanks to Bobby Reid's 98th-minute goal.

Lee Johnson discussed with the Post his "masterclass" of pushing Reid into a striker's position after the Bristolian became the Championship's top scorer following his goal at Brentford.

Bees boss Dean Smith told his club's official website that the 2-2 draw was "the most one-sided Championship game" he'd ever been involved in.

Meanwhile, London-based website Newshopper says Millwall midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe will miss Saturday's clash with City due to a lack of fitness.

These stories have been reproduced from today's media. It does not necessarily represent the position of Bristol City FC.
