Jamie McAllister was a happy man after seeing two City players land milestone goals in the 2-0 win at Fulham.
Bobby Reid brought up double figures for the season with the opening strike and Korey Smith scored his first league goal in a City shirt during the Sky Bet Championship success.
Assistant head coach McAllister said he was "buzzing" for the pair, as they helped secure a fourth straight win at Craven Cottage..
McAllister told BCTV: "The lads executed the game plan very well.
"Fulham are a good side, they play the ball out from the back. We pressed them really well in key areas and we scored two great well-worked goals. I’m delighted with the three points and it was well deserved.
"Korey has come back in, provided a major contribution and scored a goal, so I'm buzzing for him."
'The first goal was a great ball dinked over the defence to put Browny (Josh Brownhill) through and Bobby’s got his tenth goal of the season. Bobby has been excellent all season and it’s double figure now, so that’s great.
"The second goal was well worked, starting from Frankie’s (Frank Fielding) kick. It was pinged out to Flinty who flicked it inside for a through ball to Callum (O’Dowda) and it’s a great cut back with Korey arriving near the penalty spot for his first goal in over 100 games.
"I think I've got a better goalscoring record than him! No, I’m delighted. It was a great team performance and a great three points."
WHAT HE SAID
"Korey has come back in, provided a major contribution and scored a goal, so I'm buzzing for him...I still think I've got a better record than him!"
City's next game comes on Saturday, with Cardiff City the visitors to Ashton Gate for the first Severnside derby of the season (12noon kick-off).
McAllister said: "It’s a big game on Saturday but I think the response from the Leeds game has been outstanding from the lads. Obviously we had the cup victory against Crystal Palace and then two tough away games to Sunderland and Fulham, but we’ve come away with six points.
"It’s massive and now we switch out attentions to Cardiff, who won again tonight. They are doing well but it is a different game against them, it’s a derby and one that we will be up for."
