Mäenpää to remain in BS3

Niki Mäenpää will remain at Ashton Gate for the 2019/20 season after an option was triggered in his contract.

After a successful trial in BS3 last summer, the Finnish international made 27 appearances in City colours throughout the 2018/19 campaign.

Meanwhile, City have offered extensions to Rory Holden, JoJo Wollacott, Jake Andrews, George Dowling, Opi Edwards, Tom Harrison, James Morton, George Nurse, Ricardo Rees and Harvey Smith.

James Burford, Marcus Day, Vincent Harper, Lochlan Robertson, Aaron Sainsbury, Zac Smith and Bradley Webb have also been offered their first professional deals.

The club would like to wish Jayden Ali, James Carey, Tom Richards, Joe Hall, Kieran Smith, Aaron Parsons and Chris Turner-Williams all the very best of luck in the future as they depart Ashton Gate this summer.
