Shawn McCoulsky is firmly back on the goalscoring trail.
The striker has bagged three goals in as many games for his loan club Newport County.
He netted against Swansea Under-21s in the Checkatrade Trophy last week, before firing home the fourth goal of Newport’s 4-0 win at Forest Green.
Last night he diverted home a consolation goal in the Exiles’ 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Colchester United.
Scott Golbourne was involved for MK Dons as they drew 1-1 with Walsall, while Taylor Moore, Joe Morrell and Freddie Hinds – off the bench – all featured in Cheltenham Town’s 3-2 home loss to Grimsby Town.
There was better news for struggling Chesterfield, where Diego De Girolamo is currently on loan. The attacker was a late substitute in their 2-0 win away at Crawley Town.
