Loan watch: Smith nets in Town win

Jonny Smith and Marley Watkins scored in wins for Swindon Town and Aberdeen, respectively.

Swindon Town were 3-1 up against Burton Albion before Smith added the fourth on the hour-mark, though Burton would pull another goal back before the end.

In Scotland, Watkins got Aberdeen up and running en route to their 3-0 win away to Ross County.

Winger Hakeeb Adelakun played 70 minutes in Hull City's 2-0 win away to Northampton Town, assisting the Tigers' second goal through George Honeyman.

Centre-back Robbie Cundy made his fifth appearances in all competitions for Cambridge United, helping the U's to a 0-0 draw with Tranmere Rovers. Cundy has not conceded a goal in the 2020/21 season to date.

And Cameron Pring played 90 minutes on his first League One start for Portsmouth, however Pompey were beaten 2-1 at home to Wigan Athletic.
