Shawn McCoulsky's late header has sent Newport County through to the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup for the first time since 1979.
It secured a 2-1 victory against Sky Bet Championship opponents Leeds United, who ended the game with ten men.
The Whites led in the ninth minute through Gaetano Berardi but the Exiles equalised in the second half thanks to Conor Shaughnessy's own goal.
With the game heading towards a replay, substitute McCoulsky rose highest to convert a Matty Dolan corner - his 11th goal of the season.
Samuel Saiz was sent off for the Whites for protesting after the goal was scored - which fans can watch on BBC Sport here.
Elsewhere, Jonny Smith was substituted off as AFC Fylde held out for a 1-0 win against Bromley.

Elsewhere, Harvey Smith and Ash Harper both featured in Weston's 3-1 win at Gloucester City, James Morton was involved in Bath City's goalless draw with Truro and Denis Begovic made his debut for Paulton Rovers in a 2-2 thriller with Winchester City.
