Loan Watch: Lemonheigh-Evans injured in Bath win

Connor Lemonheigh-Evans was stretchered off with an ankle injury as Bath City beat Poole Town 1-0 at Twerton Park on Saturday.

The young City forward was one three Romans players injured in the first half, leaving the field after a crunching tackle.

X-rays showed no fracture, but Lemonheigh-Evans could still face time on the sidelines with ligament damage.

Elsewhere, Jonny Smith was a second-half substitute for AFC Fylde in their impressive 2-0 win at Hartlepool United.

Ashley Harper was an unused replacement for Weston-super-Mare in their 2-2 draw with Chippenham Town, who handed a start to Jake Andrews.

Cameron Pring enjoyed another win at Merthyr Town, as they defeated ten-man Farnborough 3-0.

Shawn McCoulsky was an unused substitute for Newport County, who thrashed Chesterfield 4-1 at Rodney Parade.

Meanwhile, Gustav Engvall’s Djurgarden grabbed a late equaliser to draw 1-1 at AIK on Sunday.
