Loan Watch: Golbourne gets Dons win

Scott Golbourne helped MK Dons earn a much-needed 1-0 win at Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.

The visitors kept a clean sheet with the left-back completing 90 minutes at Home Park as MK won for only the second time this season.

In League Two, Taylor Moore (90 minutes), Joe Morrell (70 minutes) and Freddie Hinds (61st minute substitute) all featured for Cheltenham Town i their goalless draw at Yeovil Town.

It was a testing afternoon for Diego De Girolamo, who was brought on to the pitch for Chesterfield when they were already 3-0 down at Crewe Alexandra, before going on to lose 5-1.

Jonny Smith helped inspire AFC Fylde's second-half fightback at home to Bromley. The former Wrexham man was brought on with Fylde trailing 2-0, but they restored parity to claim a point.

Elsewhere, George Dowling produced another impressive display, completing 90 minutes for Torquay United in their goalless stalemate with Wrexham.

Aden Baldwin and Ashley Harper both started for Weston-super-Mare in their 1-1 draw at home to Chelmsford.

Finally, Cameron Pring has extended his loan at Merthyr Town for another month. On Saturday, they were held to a goalless draw by Bishop's Stortford.
