🎥 'Let's take the game to Huddersfield' - Pearson

Nigel Pearson is pleased to see his side making progress in their performances and is eager to see the Robins take the game to Huddersfield Town when they visit BS3 on Saturday (3pm).

A victory at the weekend will see City draw level on points with the Terriers who sit in mid-table and the Robins can take inspiration from an unbeaten run of four games at Ashton Gate.

Saturday’s fixture marks the start of the Christmas fixtures and the halfway stage in the SkyBet Championship season.

And Pearson wants to ‘push on’ at the turn of the year, telling Robins TV: “We have been a little bit more consistent in some ways recently. It has been nice to get positive results at home because of our extended wait for those, and to come away from last week’s game with something is positive so we have to build on that now.

“We are making some progress but it’s important that in this next game against Huddersfield, who are in 10th place and only three points ahead of us, that we’re positive and take the game to our opponents.”
