Last week to renew your Season Card

Existing Season Card Holders have under a week to renew their Season Cards, with the lose your seat deadline approaching.

The deadline is midday on Monday, March 16th with all renewals between now and next Monday entered into the prize draw for a chance of having your 2020/21 Season Card delivered by a Bristol City Player.

You are also able to use a pay monthly scheme should you wish to, which is offered exclusively in the advanced sales period only, with the cost of a Season Card split over ten months. The fee for using this scheme is £25 per transaction (a maximum of four Season Cards per transaction).

Existing Season Card Holders must be logged in to their Bristol Sport Club Account and can use the link below to renew.

Renew your seat

Supporters located in the South Stand Blocks S25-27 will need a reserved seat to ensure that the correct number of supporters are in the designated rail/barrier seating blocks. This is subject to approval from the Safety Advisory Group (SAG), but our aim is to roll this out ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Prices are frozen in all areas for Under-19s and prices remain frozen for Under-12s except in the South Stand and Family Area, where a £50 Season Card has seen a small increase to £55.

Supporters should note that there is a 3% price increase for all Adults, 65+, Under-25s and Under-22s.

Under-12s will continue to receive a free home shirt as part of their Season Card package, Adult disabled supporters will receive five per cent off the full price and will be able to buy their Season Card over the phone during the online only sales period.

Supporters can also use a pay monthly scheme, which will be offered exclusively in the advanced sales period only, with the cost of a Season Card split over ten months. The fee for using this scheme is £25 per transaction (a maximum of four Season Cards per transaction).

There are a number of benefits as a Season Card Holder, with the following returning for the 2020/21 campaign:

  • £10 start-up Rewards cash balance to spend on merchandise
  • 10% discount in concourses, Coffee Shop and Sports Bar
  • Away and cup ticketing priority
  • Discount on CATS travel for away matches
  • Members ticket prices for Bristol Bears & Bristol Flyers home league matches
  • 10% discount on Heineken Lounge hospitality (subject to terms and conditions)

Renew online with your Bristol Sport Club Account

In order to renew your Season Card online, you will need to ensure you have set up your Bristol Sport Club Account. To do this, please visit login.bristol-sport.co.uk where you can also find an updated step-by-step user guide to help you through setting up your account. Designed to make life easier for you, the Bristol Sport Club Account allows you to use just one single login to purchase tickets (including your 2020/21 Season Card), merchandise, watch Robins TV, access the Bristol City App and keep an eye on your City Rewards loyalty balance.

We anticipate phone lines being busy throughout the Season Card renewals period so would recommend supporters buying online.
