Job vacancy: Slim2Win Assistant Coach

We have an exciting opportunity to join Bristol City Robins Foundation as a part-time Assistant Coach on our Slim2Win programme (£10-£15 per hour).

  • The ability to be empathic and supportive?
  • The ability to work effectively as both a team and also individually?

Bristol City Robins Foundation is a registered charity, which strives to make a positive difference for all through sport and learning. We recognise the positive impact we have on the community, but are continually looking to develop and expand our reach.

We require a part-time (3 hours per week) Assistant Coach to assist in delivering our Slim2Win programme.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist our Lead Health and Wellbeing coach in their delivery of the Slim2Win programme, ensuring that all league matches are completed and that every participant feels valued and supported.
  • To ensure an inclusive and friendly atmosphere is maintained at all times.
  • Communicating all match information to the lead coach 

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience of working in Health and Wellbeing and community engagement
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team but also the ability to use your initiative and lead

WE WOULD ALSO LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

  • Mental Health Awareness qualification
  • Refereeing qualification
