Bristol City Robins Foundation are recruiting a full time Engagement Officer (Disability).
Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Bristol City Robins Foundation is a registered charity, which strives to make a positive difference for all through sport and learning. We recognise the positive impact we have on the community but are continually looking to develop and expand our reach.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bristol City Robins Foundation as part of the Community Engagement team. The post holder will deliver across several programmes linked to people living with long-term conditions. This will include: Pan Disability Community sessions, (both youth and adult), Pan Disability School Programme, working closely with our associate teams and any new projects within this strand that are developed. The post holder will also deliver at our school holiday football camps.
The post holder will be responsible and accountable for making sure all KPI’s and targets are met for all programmes within their remit, facilities are booked, and that all delivery is suitably covered to a high standard. Ensuring high-quality monitoring and evaluation methods and techniques is a crucial component.
Main Responsibilities:
The post holder will be required to work evening and weekends, including match days, as the requirements of the job demands. They will be required to demonstrate positive attitudes and values towards others and work in a non-discriminatory way and identify new CPD opportunities for personal and organisational development.

This position is full time (37.5 hours per week) from October 2019. Candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
