Saikou Janneh will continue his development on loan at Torquay United.
The youngster joins Gary Johnson's side on a loan deal until January, following his successful temporary spell with the Gulls in the 2018/19 campaign.
Janneh scored 16 goals last season as the south coast side secured promotion with the National League South title.
Janneh said: "I'm really looking forward to going back there. I was happy when the gaffer (Lee Johnson) told me he wanted me to go back there, to get some game time and the Torquay fans have been messaging me to go back there.
"I made a good impression on them with my goals and they seem to have fallen in love with me.
"I just want to go there and play games, score goals and see what happens. My target is to get 20 goals, we'll see!"
Janneh joins Opi Edwards, Robbie Cundy and Connor Lemonheigh-Evans who are also on loan at Torquay.
