Lloyd Kelly made his England Under-21 debut in a 2-1 win for England against Italy Under-21s in Ferrara as City teammate Jay Dasilva sets up both goals.
Kelly started the game on the substitutes bench but, after an injury to Jake Clarke-Salter in the opening minutes, he was thrust into action earlier than expected.
Dasilva was involved for both of England’s goals as he played in Ryan Sessegnon to set up Dominic Solanke for the opening goal.
Italy equalised in the first half before Solanke got on the end of Dasilva’s cross to score the winning goal.
Tomas Kalas made a second-half appearance as a substitute in the Czech Republic's 1-0 win over Poland in the PGE Arena, Gdańsk.
