Andy King and Nathan Baker could be in contention to face Fulham this weekend.
Defender Baker was replaced at half-time against QPR after suffering a knock to his ankle.
King missed the trip to the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, but Manager Nigel Pearson stressed the midfielder is “available” again, after a tight thigh.
Pearson told Robins TV: “Nathan has been a bit sore. He’s loading again so he’s been able to put weight in his ankle. We’ll see how he is on Friday but he has a chance still.
“We have a squad which is pretty available and that means we have great problems, that is who plays and who is left out.”
He added: “If players believe taht when they get their opportunity and they take it then they stay there. The players drive selection as much as availability, their performance drives selection.”
Bristol City Members are reminded they can take advantage of £5 off their match ticket.
Saturday’s fixture is only available on Robins TV to overseas subscribers, as per EFL regulations, with coverage starting from 2.30pm.
Despite being reduced to 12 men in the closing stages of the match, England U20 held on to beat France 29-20 in round two of the Six Nations Summer Series.
