Marlon Pack expects another tough Sky Bet Championship encounter when Norwich City travel to BS3.
The Canaries head to Ashton Gate on Saturday (3pm kick-off) on the wave of a four-match unbeaten run.
By contrast, City are without a win since Boxing Day although dive into the tie just days after an inspired Carabao Cup performance against Manchester City.
Midfielder Pack told BCTV: "They have picked up over this Christmas period and they have decent players.
"As any game is in the league, it’s going to be tough but we need to get back to winning ways for where we want to be.
"We have a tough task ahead of us so as long as we play our game, to our capabilities then hopefully we will get the three points."
Lee Johnson's Robins have no fresh injury concerns heading into the tie.
