Jamie McAllister met the media ahead of Tuesday's Sky Bet Championship clash with Preston North End at Ashton Gate.
The assistant head coach answered questions from the local and national press along with club captain Bailey Wright.

- City coach insists the 5-0 defeat at Preston last season is "behind them" and believes the team is very different these days
- "It's our home game and with the fans behind us, we need to impose our game on them," adds McAllister
- Wright thrilled to clinch World Cup 2018 spot with Australia
- Defender says his full focus is on club football now to ensure he wins a spot in Australia's World Cup squad
- Wright thanks the club and its supporters for the backing he received after his two-match ban
- "It's done now and it gave other lads a chance in the team," he says on his suspension
- On Preston, Wright said: "That 5-0 defeat hurt me as a former Preston player but our current team is unrecognisable from the one beaten that night."
- Club captain pleased to be back at Ashton Gate after two and a half weeks away
- He adds: "Preston have had a lot of injuries, but so have we as well."
