In brief: Pre-Cardiff City away press conference

Lee Johnson met the media ahead of Sunday's Sky Bet Championship clash with Cardiff City.

The head coach answered questions from the local and national press along with club captain Bailey Wright.

Here's what they had to say:

- Hordur Magnusson is struggling with a slight hamstring problem.

- Johnson pleased with City's performance in the 1-1 draw with Fulham.

- Head coach says City "probably should have won it" after late chance for Bobby Reid.

- Johnson says Joe Bryan was rested after playing the second-most games out of the whole squad.

- Johnson says City's contest with Cardiff will be very different to the recent matches with Leeds and Fulham.

- On Neil Warnock, Johnson says: "He has his own formula that he believes works in the Championship and he's done very well to turn them around and make them promotion candidates."

- City boss says he doesn't feel Cardiff City Stadium is that intimidating, adding his surprise at the amount of empty seats at fixtures given how well the Bluebirds are doing."

- Head coach says everyone is aware of the importance of the Severnside derby and adds: "We want to make our fans happy."

- Johnson continues: “When the feel-good factor is there, everyone gets the buzz here. We’ve got 13 games to go and we have to try and win the mini-league we find ourselves in.”

- The Australian defender says City played "to their identity" against Fulham.

- Wright is expecting a "well-organised, physical" Cardiff on Sunday.

- Defender says it's important to say on the right side of the disciplinary line, but says it's right that derby contests have a bit of needle about them.

- Wright missed the last Severnside derby through suspension so is looking forward to Sunday.

- City skipper is sure the away support will be "as loud as ever", despite the ticket restriction.
