🆓 How to redeem your free Under-12 Outfield Home shirt

Those who have purchased an Under-12 Season Ticket prior to Sunday, June 5th will receive a personalised gift card number via email today (Tuesday, June 7th) which can be redeemed online or in-store.

Supporters who have purchased an Under-12 Season Ticket between Monday, June 6th and Sunday, June 12th will be sent their personalised gift card number on Monday, June 13th.

City has turned back the clock for its 2022/23 home shirt with a 1950s-style kit for its men’s and women’s teams. 

For the new season, the Robins will wear a collared red shirt with white sleeves in a tribute to the strip worn in the 1954/55 season, in which City won promotion from Division Three South.

Each Monday from June 20th, all new Under-12 Season Ticket holders will be contacted directly with their unique personalised gift card number.

This gift card number can only be used in exchange for a 2022/23 youth home outfield shirt, if an adult size is required, supporters will need to pay the difference in price (£10).  Additional items can be purchased in the same transaction as claiming the free youth home outfield shirt.

Please note the previous Rewards scheme will be replaced with a new loyalty scheme later this year with further details to follow. Supporters will no longer receive a start-up balance as per previous seasons.

Online:

• Select your size and add the 2022/23 home outfield shirt to your basket
• Click Checkout
• Login using your Bristol Sport Club Account details. If you do not currently have an account, use this step-by-step guide to easily create one.
• Enter your personalised gift card number into the ‘Gift Card Number’ and the pin number into ‘PIN’. Please note, this is a ‘Gift Card’ not a ‘promotion code’.
• Upon entering your code, the amount payable will reduce by £40 to cover the Youth Outfield Home Shirt.
• Complete your purchase

In-Store

• To claim your 2022/23 home shirt in store, please remember to bring your personalised email that contains your gift card number. We will not be able to complete your transaction without it.
• The Gift Card number will reduce the amount payable by £40.

🎟 2022/23 Season Tickets

Under-12s will receive a 2022/23 home outfield shirt as part of the 2022/23 Season Ticket for as little as £55. 

Our young supporters are extremely important as they start a lifetime of supporting City and we will be focusing on the Family Area next season to make it the best possible matchday experience.

Season Ticket purchasers can also get 15 per cent off a £60 adult Season Ticket for City Women or a £40 Season Ticket for Under-12s, who will receive a free home outfield shirt.
