Rory Holden has joined Rochdale on loan for the remainder of the season.
The attacking Northern Ireland Under-21 international, who is yet to make his senior debut in City colours, will benefit from game time in League One under Keith Hill’s guidance.
This temporary move will be Holden’s second since signing from Derry City in the summer of 2017, following a successful one-month loan in the Vanarama National League with Barrow AFC earlier in the campaign.
The 21-year-old is eligible to feature in Dale’s home league fixture with Burton Albion on Saturday (January 5th), subject to the relevant clearance.
