Lauren Hemp has been crowned the 2018 PFA Young Player of the Year.
Having already won the Vauxhall England Young Player of the Year in September, Hemp was also nominated for the SportsAid One-to-Watch award in November, in what is her break-through season in the City Women first team.
The SGS College student, originally from Norfolk, has risen through the ranks at City Women and is now a firm fixture in the starting 11.

An England age-grade international, Hemp captained England Under-17 at the Euros in 2017 and is currently part of the England Under-19 set-up.
The 2018 PFA Awards were held at the Grosvenor House, London this evening, where the City Women striker went up against five other players in the category.
