In brief: Pre-Reading press conference

Jens Hegeler returns to City’s squad for Saturday’s trip to Reading.
The German, who has operated in defence and midfield so far this season, sustained an ankle injury in the 3-2 cup win at Watford last month.
It forced Hegeler to sit in the stands for the 1-1 draw with Aston Villa last time out, but the international break has allowed him time to recover fully.
The same can’t be said of Gary O’Neil, however, who has an injury behind his knee. Head coach Lee Johnson revealed at his pre-match press conference that an injection had been used to try and speed up the healing process for the midfielder.
O’Neil and Milan Djuric will be the only absentees from City’s squad for the visit to the Madejski Stadium.
Djuric underwent groin surgery in mid-August and is continuing his recovery back in Italy currently.
“I’m pleased we’ve pretty much got a fully fit squad to choose from because September is going to be another busy month and we’ll need everyone,” City boss Johnson told BCTV.
