Guide for Season Card holders to purchase tickets

Current Season Card holders should follow this step-by-step guide to purchase tickets for games following the reclassification of Bristol into COVID-19 restriction Tier 2.

Tickets will be available to all current Season Card holders from 10am on Monday, December 21st.

Step 1: Select Login on the Bristol Sport website and enter your log-in details for your Bristol Sport account. If you do not have an account please create one using the guide.

CREATE YOUR BRISTOL SPORT ACCOUNT

Step 2: Go to the Buy Tickets page and click the “Buy Tickets” button on the game you’d like to purchase a ticket for.

Step 3: The next page will show you the seating plan. The blocks highlighted in red have tickets available to purchase. Click on a block to take you to the next page to choose your ticket(s).

Step 4: The next page will show you the seating plan for the block you have chosen. Seats are organised in small groups. Please note, if you click on a ticket that is in a group, you must purchase all tickets within that group. For example, if you would like to purchase two tickets, you must chose a group of two. You will not be able to choose two seats out of a larger group. To give another example, if there are five of you in your group, you should choose two groups of tickets to put in your basket – a group of three and a group of two (or another combination to total five seats). A number of single seats have been included in the plan for fans that would prefer to sit alone.

Step 5: Current Season Card holders can only purchase ONE ticket for ONE game out of the four games on sale, and it’s important to assign tickets in the basket to each individual Season Card holder in the group. If you try to add more than one person to a ticket, an error message will appear. The below image shows an example of the error message that will appear. As you can see, the supporter Matt Denman is trying to purchase two seats - seat 20 and seat 21. You will need to click on the pencil icon to the right of the name and assign each seat to each current Season Card holder in your group.

Step 6: Once you have chosen your tickets, just scroll down and click proceed to checkout where you can complete your purchase. In the example below we have Matt Denman and Matt Denman2.

Step 7:  The next page is shown below. Please note, there is only one method to receive your ticket which is an e-ticket – this will be emailed to you. You can show and scan this on your phone on arrival at the Stadium or print at home. Please bring photo identification.

Ticketing credit: If you have any ticketing credit, this will be shown as a ‘deposit’ on your account and will automatically contribute to your purchase. If you would prefer not to use your ticketing credit to contribute to payment, this will need to be removed before you confirm the payment. In the example below, you’ll see there is £10 ticketing credit in the account, which has automatically been taken off the total.

That’s it! You should have been able to buy your tickets and we look forward to seeing you at one of the next four home games.

If you have any problems purchasing your tickets please telephone Supporter Services on 0117 9630 600.
