Lucy Graham and Sophie Baggaley have been shortlisted for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month award for January.
Graham has had an impressive start to life in the FA Women’s Super League and January was another stellar month for the Scottish midfielder.
She has netted twice in three games, once to secure a point against table toppers Manchester City and the other coming in the 2-1 victory over West Country rivals Yeovil Town Ladies.
Baggaley has had another great month between the sticks for City Women often coming up with big saves at vital times in games, she has kept one clean sheet and that came against her side’s 1-0 victory over Birmingham City Women.
The goalkeeper now has a total of thirteen clean sheets in her Women’s Super League career aged twenty-two.
Baggaley was the recipient of the first ever Women's PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month Award back in September.
Voting has now opened and will remain open until Monday, February 11th at 8am.
The Grand Appeal is gearing up for a bumper summer of fundraising across Bristol and the South West as it marks the 25th Anniversary of the iconic dress-down event, Wallace & Gromit’s Wrong Trousers Day.
