Heading to Ashton Gate for the season opener against the Seasiders on Saturday? Here's all you need to know regarding Bristol's transport options.
Three matchday bus services will operate to and from Ashton Gate for the Sky Bet Championship game against Blackpool (Saturday 7th August, 3pm kick-off) – offering subsidised travel from as little as £1.80 per person.
The AG1 Portway Park & Ride and AG2 Brislington Park & Ride services offer free parking.
The new AG3 service from Temple Meads and the City Centre is ideal for those travelling via Temple Meads; the Coach Station; using city-centre car parks; or travelling from anywhere within Bristol as the route has been designed to connect with most First Bus operated public bus services across the city. Tickets are valid across the network so you can connect services for free (see details below).
The matchday services will operate throughout the season, are cashless and the cheapest way to travel is by mTicket but card payments are accepted on the bus.
