All you need to know ahead of tomorrow's Sky Bet Championship match with Barnsley (January 18th, 3pm KO).
Here’s your easy guide for what to expect, if you’re heading to BS3.

10am - Bristol Sport Store open
10am - Matchday Ticket Office open (phone lines open from 10am)
12pm - Fan Village open
1pm - Turnstiles open
2pm - Team announcements
2.15pm - Warm-up
3pm - Kick-off
3.45pm - Half-time
4pm - Second half begins
4.45pm - Full-time
STADIUM
The South Stand, Dolman Stand and Lansdown Stand all open for home supporters, including the Lansdown Upper tier and Family area.
The Atyeo Stand will host Barnsley supporters.
Stadium-wide free WIFI is also available.
TICKETS
The match is pay on the day for home supporters only. To purchase a ticket, call Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 (option one).
Alternatively, the Matchday Ticket Office - adjacent to the Atyeo statue - will be open from 10am until just after kick-off.
PROGRAMMES
A new look programme will be available this season, make sure you keep an eye out in the usual selling points to secure a Bristol City programme. Price £3.50
BABY CHANGING FACILITIES
Changing units are now installed in the following areas:
FAN VILLAGE
The external matchday Fan Village has a new and improved food and beverage offering which includes Fish & Chips, Burgers and Spanish cuisine from Los Hermanos as well as a new bar, Boots and Balls, which wis fitted with a new state of the art speed pour system.
The Fan Village will be in operation from 12pm, with a raft of food and drink on offer, with the drinks concessions offering a fully cashless option.
Supporters are urged to take their seats in advance of kick-off, with the Fan Village bars closing 15 minutes ahead of kick off.
FOOD & DRINK
Inside the Ashton Gate Stadium concourses, The Jolly Hog has a concession, as well as a new Mexican kiosk opening and Chicago Town Pizza being served in the Lansdown concourse. In the Dolman concourse there is the Ashton Gate Curry Bar, which offers supporters the finest quality curries, as we work with Holy Cow! Award Winning Sauces, offering a new curry of the week.
STORE
The Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate Stadium will be open from 10am with the 2019/20 replica kit and a range of leisurewear available!
SUPPORTERS CLUB & TRUST BAR
Access to the Supporters Club and Trust Bar is via the Sports Bar & Pizzeria. Go through the main bar and up the stairs at the far end. The bar is on your left at the top of the stairs.
TRAVEL

RUCKSACKS
Ashton Gate Stadium asks supporters not to bring large rucksacks on matchdays, following advice from the National Counter Terrorism Office and Avon and Somerset Police.
Fans will still be able to bring smaller handbags into the stadium, although these will be subject to the usual search process.
An Ashton Gate spokesman said: “The searching process will always be subject to change and whilst there is no specific threat to any Sports Ground, we must ensure that we remain vigilant and the message to spectators is to ‘Be Alert not Alarmed’.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
As a reminder to Bristol City fans we would like to state that the use of smoke bombs, flares and pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. Any of our supporters found in possession or setting off a pyrotechnic device (or such methods) will be subject of a minimum three year ban from Ashton Gate and any conviction at court will result in a football banning order for all grounds for three years.
