The City squad were made to sweat in the sweltering heat on their pre-season training camp.

🚴♂️ CYCLE TO WORK
The players warmed up even before the warm-up with a short bike ride to the training pitch to stretch the legs after Sunday’s travel day.

Head of Fitness and Conditioning Patrick Orme made sure the players were warmed up with a series of stretches and muscle activations.

Then it was down to business in temperatures reaching 35 degrees with a morning session that included lots of running and ball work.

After lunch there was more running and passing drills before a cycle back to the accommodation.
