Luke Freeman has completed a move to QPR for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old winger passed a medical in London earlier today before putting pen to paper on a deal until 2020.
It brings to an end his two-and-a-half year stay at Ashton Gate, where he was part of the club’s double-winning team in 2014/15.
Freeman signed for the club from Stevenage and become a mainstay in City’s team en route to the Sky Bet League One title and Johnstone’s Paint Trophy success.
In total he made 121 appearances for the club, scoring ten times - his last being the stunner against Ipswich Town, ironically his first and only goal at Ashton Gate.
Everyone at the club would like to wish Luke all the best for the future.
With just a few days to go until Elton John plays at Ashton Gate, concert-goers are urged to take advantage of special event Shuttle Buses laid on to help get fans to and from the stadium.
