Forever Bristol Member Info For Wembley Sales

Wembley tickets will go on sale to Forever Bristol members from Monday (February 23rd) and they will shortly receive details of their customer reference numbers required to take advantage of the priority period.

Members will each have the opportunity to purchase two tickets for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final against Walsall on March 22nd.

Each member has a seven-digit customer reference code, which will be e-mailed out this week. If you do not receive this e-mail by Friday, please call Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600. Alternatively, if you log-in to https://bcfc.bristol-sport.co.uk/, your customer reference number can be found in the My Account section, on the left-hand side. (THIS IS NOT YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER)

Bristol Rugby and Bristol Flyers season ticket holders have already been contacted separately, as they form part of the second tier priority, and they must use the six-digit code from their season cards.

Lansdown Club members will also receive an e-mail with their customer reference number.

There are two ways to purchase tickets as a member.

Phone: A dedicated phone number - 0844 453 9015 - will be open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri; 8am-6pm Sat & Sun. Calls cost 5p per minute from a BT landline, mobiles may vary.

Online: A dedicated website URL - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolcityjpt/default.aspx - is available 24/7 during the sales period. There will be a requirement for fans to “activate” their membership, in the same way that season ticket holders - view a step-by-step guide of how to do this can be found here.

For members wishing to purchase tickets in a group and sit together, they must provide the relevant number of Customer Reference numbers for each member in order to fulfil the booking.
