🎥 Fleming desires high energy performance

Curtis Fleming wants City to attack Preston North End with the same energy and positive mindset that they have shown since the turn of the year.

Despite defeat to Luton Town in midweek, the Robins' performance was one full of intent and endeavour, and assistant manager Fleming told Robins TV that the challenge is now to turn performances into points.

Speaking to Robins TV, Fleming said: “We probably didn't get what we deserved from the game on Tuesday but most games are won or lost on that little bit of quality in the final third and the determination to keep the ball out of the net.

"We're a real threat as we're a high energy team and our recent performances have been good but we have to be honest, we have to improve on defending from set pieces.

"It's going to be a tough game as it's not an easy place to go but it's a game we go into full of confidence because we believe we can win any Championship game we're involved in.

Speaking on the impact of City's young core, he added added: "The mentality they all have gives us no doubt that they'll have success in their career and here with us in the Championship."
