FIT ROBINS is back!

Join 1000’s of football fans who’ve already kick started their way to a healthier life.

Bristol City Robins Foundation are pleased to announce the start of a new FIT ROBINS programme commencing Thursday 20th May.

FIT ROBINS is a free health and wellbeing project for men and women aged between 35-65 who are looking to lose weight, get fitter and generally live a healthier life.

  • Are you looking to start your weight loss journey or need some additional help in achieving your weight loss goals?

Brian Packer who joined last seasons FIT ROBINS programme was diagnosed with diabetes and at the beginning of 2020 and made the decision to change his lifestyle to improve his health. Within six months of joining the programme Brian lost three and a half stone and continues to live a healthier lifestyle. 

Brian told the Foundation: “FIT ROBINS has really helped me in my weight loss and fitness journey. It’s great that the team I support and love has put so much time and effort into helping its fans to improve their health.

“The coaching team have been superb, making exercise fun through sporting activities and giving us the knowledge to make better food and lifestyle decisions. I’ve lost more than 10% of my weight since the start the programme and feel much healthier and more energetic as a result.”

Our new male FIT ROBINS sessions are starting on Thursday 20th May at 6:30pm at Ashton Gate.
