Crystal Palace will be City’s final opponents of the 2019/20 pre-season calendar.
Roy Hodgson’s Premier League side will visit Ashton Gate on Saturday, July 27th (3pm KO), the weekend before the Sky Bet Championship campaign gets under way.
The last time the teams faced each other was in the 2017/18 Carabao Cup fourth round in BS3, with the Robins running out 4-1 winners.
City Head Coach Lee Johnson said: “It should be an exciting match and one we are already looking forward to. We received a number of enquiries from overseas clubs about the possibility of them coming to Ashton Gate in pre-season which reflects our progress and the level we are playing at.
“However, we feel that Premier League opposition in Crystal Palace will give us the best possible preparation ahead of the new campaign.”
Ticketing information will be released in due course.
