Milan Djuric was all smiles after his goal secured City's victory over Ipswich Town on Saturday.
He came off the bench to nod home from a delightful cross courtesy of the ever-impressive Lloyd Kelly.
The goal was enough to secure all three points and lift City above Sheffield United in the Sky Bet Championship, heading into the international break.
For Djuric, the match would be only his second appearance in as many games as he recovers from a groin injury.
"I'm very happy to have scored the goal, for the three points because it was an important win for us," the Bosnian striker revealed to BCTV.
"It wasn't our best performance but in this period the three points was important.
"It was a great ball from Lloydy who had a great match and he deserved his assist. It's my favourite touch, to score with my head, so I'm happy to have scored.
"It's important for us because in the last four games we have picked up seven points. Now we have the international break so we are now nearer to the top six. That's good for us to come back to in the remaining eight games."
Djuric, who now has three goals for the season, says he will be working hard in the gym and swimming pool to get himself into top condition before City return to Championship action away to Barnsley after the international break.
The Matthew Bromley memorial basketball games will take place from 4pm on Saturday, May 28th at the SGS College Arena.
