Bristol City Community Trust delivers a weekly session to enable children and adults with disabilities to participate in the sport they love.
The club’s official charity aims to provide football training in a fun and safe environment, for players with all disabilities, including those who are deaf, blind, amputees and wheelchair users.
To make the sessions accessible, the Trust offers the programme for free or little cost and each of the coaches are experienced working with disability football.
The aim of the sessions is to enhance teamwork and social skills, while providing a form of exercise the players typically find difficult to access.
