Aden Flint puts his recent surge in goalscoring form down to those providing the assists.
The big centre-half now has eight goals for the season, with four of those coming in the last six games.
He opened the scoring at Crawley Town on Saturday with a bullet header to convert Luke Freeman’s pinpoint cross.
Freeman was also the man behind the corner kick which led to Luke Ayling’s winner six minutes from time.
“I don’t think I’m doing anything differently,” Flint told Bristol City Player, referencing his recent goalscoring purple patch.
“I’m a superstitious person and I like to keep everything the same.
“Perhaps I’m timing my runs better because I seem to be in the right place at the right time at the moment.
“You have to give credit to those taking the set-pieces because the delivery coming in is fantastic.
“Luke (Freeman) is top of the assist charts in League One for a reason, he’s a great player and a real asset to the team.
”He puts in superb crosses, free kicks and corners and now that’s another two assists under his belt.”
City now sit twelve points clear of the chasing play-off pack in Sky Bet League One, with only 11 games to play.
“That’s another three massive points,” said Flint. “The boys dug in deep and got the reward in the end.
“We won it with two set-plays. It doesn’t really matter how the goals come; from open play or set-pieces, it’s just pleasing the centre-halves are chipping in.
“We set the target of taking maximum points from the three away games (Leyton Orient, Crawley and Yeovil Town). Now we need to go again tomorrow.”
