Bristol City will be taking up contract options on Robbie Cundy, Louis Britton and Barney Soady.
Cundy is currently on loan at Gillingham where he is a first team regular, while Britton and Soady are part of the Under-23s playing group.
The decisions have been made following a review involving first team and Academy staff, including Academy manager Gary Probert, and Bristol City Player Pathway Manager Brian Tinnion said: “We are delighted to be able to take up the contract options on these young players, who are all developing well in our programmes, be it with the Under-23s or out on loan, and we are looking forward to them progressing further with us.”
Aden Baldwin, Opi Edwards, Vince Harper, Freddie Hinds, Zac Smith, Lochlan Robertson and Bradley Webb will be released at the end of the season and the club will be working closely with them on the next stage in their careers.
Bristol City thanks them from their services to the club and wish them well for the future.
Season Tickets for the 2022/23 campaign are selling at a record pace, with more than 9,000 supporters already committed.
