Striker Andreas Weimann is 'feeling good' as City prepare to take on QPR at Loftus Road on Tuesday night (August 21st, 7.45pm).
The forward netted in his first two matches but couldn't help prevent City's result at home to Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The Robins go into their next clash in the capital chasing their first win of the season, as do Tuesday's hosts who were beaten 7-1 at the weekend by West Brom.
“We know we haven’t won a game yet but we want to get that as quickly as possible," Weimann said.
"We go into the game with a good amount of confidence in the way we have been playing. It comes around so quickly after the defeat so hopefully we can turn it around.
“If we win tomorrow and Saturday everyone will say we have had a good start. Football changes quickly but we’ll try to get that win tomorrow.
"It was nice to get a couple of goals in my first two league games and performance-wise I feel good. I hope to get back to getting on the scoresheet tomorrow."
Reflecting on the trip to Loftus Road specifically, Weimann added: "QPR's ground is always tough, it’s a small ground where everything is on top of you so it will be tough.
"After Saturday’s result I am sure they will be out to prove people wrong and they will be up for it so we have to be up for that challenge.
"They will be up for it because they'll be wanting to put things right but from our point of view, if we can get an early goal it will work in our favour. Maybe they will be a a bit nervous from their last result and hopefully we can make them pay."
Tickets remain on general sale for tomorrow night's fixture.
