The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the planning and delivery of the Premier League Girls programme, as well as coordinating community matchday activities at Bristol City Women’s home fixtures.
All applicants must hold an FA Level 1 in coaching football qualification, have experience in female football development, whilst possessing a valid UK Driving Licence and DBS Check, or be willing to undertake one.
The ideal candidate should be able to motivate and engage with young people from all areas of the community, have an understanding of the need of disaffected persons, whilst having the ability to support other community coaches with the preparation, delivery and feedback of sessions.
The salary will be circa £18,000, dependent on experience.
