Sophie Baggaley, Poppy Pattinson and new signing Charlie Wellings all starred for the Lionesses Under-21s in the Nordic Tournament.
The City Women trio faced Norway, China and the Netherlands in Sweden throughout the end of May.
The young Lionesses kicked off the Nordic Tournament with a draw against Norway (0-0), before two emphatic victories over China (3-0) and Netherlands (4-1) secured the silverware for Mo Marley’s side.
After making the step up to the U21s, Pattinson is expected to continue her season with the Lionesses U19s, who will compete in the European Championships in Scotland later this summer (16th-28th July).
Pat Lam described the five points gained at Sixways as ‘golden’ after the Bears, inspired by Siva Naulago’s hat-trick, left it late to snatch a bonus-point victory over Worcester.
