Three City Women players will represent their countries at UEFA Women’s Euro 2017.
Frankie Brown and Chloe Arthur find themselves in the Scotland squad for UEFA Women’s Euro 2017 – where they will meet England, Spain and Portugal.
They play a final warm-up match against Republic of Ireland on Friday, July 7th before travelling to Holland for the tournament.
Meanwhile, new recruit Yana Daniels is in the Belgian squad for the same tournament, where they have been drawn in the same group as Norway, Denmark and hosts Holland. The striker recently agreed a switch to City from Anderlecht.
Elsewhere, five players have been named in the Wales squad for upcoming A & B internationals against Holland, with Loren Dykes, Georgia Evans, Hayley Ladd, Amina Vine and Lily Woodham selected.
Matches will take place in Amsterdam as the build-up continues to UEFA Women’s Euro 2017. The A team play on Saturday, July 8th, with the B team taking part in a friendly a day later.
Vine is a member of the Vixens’ Under-16 squad, and has also been chosen for an Under-17 training camp.
Scrum half, Harry Randall joined Rugby Pass' Jim Hamilton on the All Access podcast this week to discuss international ambitions and his blistering start to the season.
