City Women launch Sister Club programme

Bristol City Women are delighted to launch the Sister Club programme for the 2017/18 season.

There are three packages on offer for the season, all ranging in benefits and pricing.

The Sister Club programme is seen as a vital component of Bristol City Women’s Football Club to inspire the local community and the next generation of footballers to take up the game.

The first of the three packages on offer is the Premium package, this consists of:

  • One match day experience at a game of your choice (first come, first serve - changing room tour, half time pitch walk, branded memorabilia and the opportunity to be first team mascots)
  • Two player appearances throughout the season
  • A coaching session delivered by BCWFC players
  • Invitation for players and staff to attend a specifically designed first team open training session. This event will be all day and it is a chance for the Sister Clubs to come together for a fun event to watch the team train.
  • A CPD event for coaches – Coaches will be invited to attend a first team training session and then meet Willie Kirk, where he will head up a question and answer session.
  • Free entry for one team per age group for the Sister Club Tournament.
  • 250 free WSL 1 tickets
  • Any additional match tickets can be bought at a discounted rate of £3 per adult and £1 per Under-22.

Cost: £325 (Can be paid upfront, or via monthly instalments)

Basic package:

  • One player appearance
  • Invitation for players and staff to attend a specifically designed open training session.
  • A CPD event for coaches
  • Discounted entry to the Sister Club Tournament
  • Opportunities to win further benefits – (e.g. The club that brings the most supporters to a game will be invited to be mascots for the next match)

Cost: No upfront cost.

Instead, tickets can be purchased at a heavily discounted rate of £3 per adult and £1 per Under-22. We will expect clubs to promote this offer to their members to hit a minimum of 25 attendees per game, if this target is not hit then the club’s membership will cease.

This package is designed to foster the engagement and commitment which has proved such a positive outcome of the Sister Club programme, it also addresses budgetary concerns that clubs may have.

One off package:

  • A one-off package for non-local clubs to travel to a match as a group.
  • One match day experience (changing room tour, half time pitch walk, branded memorabilia and the opportunity to be first team mascots)
  • 45 match tickets

Cost: £125
