City Women back to full strength for opener

All of City Women’s international contingent have now returned to the club ahead of the WSL 1 opener on Sunday against Chelsea at Kingsmeadow, (12:30pm kick-off).

The game will be streamed online on the BBC Sport website.

Chloe Arthur and Frankie Brown were involved as Scotland defeated Hungary 3-0 at the Telki Training Centre, in an international friendly.

Julie Biesmans was involved in Belgium’s record winning scoreline over Moldova, in their opening World Cup qualifier in Belgium.

The Red Flames won the game 12-0 to get their World Cup qualifying campaign off to the perfect start.

The club would like to congratulate all squad members on their respective call-ups during the international period.
