City welcome Nexus as new shorts sponsors

Bristol City will proudly wear the Nexus logo as part of a new three-year partnership.

Nexus have joined the Robins as shorts sponsor, starting with Friday night’s match in front of the Sky Sports cameras at Cardiff City.

Established in 1980, Nexus is a leading company in the recruitment market operating on a national basis with offices in Bristol and London.

The Nexus Group specialises in the sourcing of management talent, with a track record of finding exceptional individuals for companies ranging from FTSE listed, through SMEs (small and medium-size enterprises), to dynamic start-up businesses. The Group includes Novus and ThreePeople and supporters will have noticed the giant Novus seat cover already installed at Ashton Gate on Robins TV coverage.

Bristol Sport Managing Director Mark Kelly said: “We’re delighted to welcome Nexus Group as the short sponsor to Bristol City Football Club on a three-year deal. It shows great confidence in our ambition for the future and I am really pleased to align ourselves next to another local company leading the way in recruitment.”

Nexus Group Managing Director Paul Archer said: “We are extremely proud to become official short sponsor and partner to our local football club Bristol City as they push for promotion to the Premier League. In the business arena I often hear a lot of talk about tactics to survive during this awful pandemic, and as a business we, like Bristol City, are looking at tactics to thrive and push forward, not just to survive!

The Nexus Recruitment Group consists of Nexus Interim Management, Nexus Searchlight and Novus Transitions. Nexus Interim Management provide IT/Tech and Digital Contractor Solutions, Nexus Searchlight provides leading edge Executive Search and Headhunting service and Novus Transitions provide Redundancy and Outplacement services.
