Eros Pisano and Nathan Baker remain doubts for Saturday’s Severnside derby battle with Cardiff City (12noon kick-off).
Pisano injured his hamstring during the 2-0 win at Fulham in midweek, while Baker suffered a recurrence of his knee injury days earlier at Sunderland.
Head coach Lee Johnson told BCTV: “We haven’t scanned Eros yet, we wanted to let it settle down.
“The scan will happen later [on Thursday] and we’ll have to see what it shows up. Eros says he felt something, but until we get the scan results back, we won’t know how bad it is. He’s obviously a doubt for Saturday.
“Bakes has been recovering well but we’ll have to assess it before the weekend. It may come too soon for him.”
Cauley Woodrow returns to the fray after being unable to face his parent club Fulham on Tuesday.
