City Touch Down In La Manga

Bristol City’s squad has arrived in La Manga for the start of its six-day training camp.

The players took an early flight from Bristol Airport to Murcia, before a short coach journey to their base in La Manga.

After a walk around the complex and some food, the players will get some rest before a light training session this evening.

Injured pair Frank Fielding and Korey Smith have both travelled with the squad.

However, City’s training camp does not include Samuel Armenteros, the Swedish forward who has been training with the club for the past two weeks.

Saturday’s 2-1 win at Yeovil Town proved to be his last outing in a City shirt, a match in which he played the second 45.

City’s squad in La Manga: O’Donnell, O’Leary, Fielding, Little, Bryan, Williams, Golbourne, Magnusson, Ayling, Vyner, Flint, K.Smith, O’Neil, Pack, Brownhill, O’Dowda, Reid, Freeman, De Girolamo, Wilbraham, Agard, Tomlin, Garita, Kodjia.
