City to host Manchester United

City will play Jose Mourinho's Manchester United at Ashton Gate in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Lee Johnson's side remain the only Championship club left in the competition and have defeated Plymouth, Watford, Stoke City and Crystal Palace en route to the quarter finals.

It is the first time City have reached this stage of the cup since 1989.

A video of the draw was published on Twitter on Thursday afternoon, presented by Talksport commentator Sam Matterface. Phil Tufnell and Matt Dawson aided with the draw.

The final eight teams will play their quarter-final ties in the week commencing December 18th, with two games to be selected for live broadcast by Sky Sports.

bcfc.co.uk will be the first place for ticket information when it is available. Prices, sales procedure and date all still to be confirmed.
