Lee Johnson has confirmed City are still in the market for signings during the January transfer window.
The head coach has already made a double swoop from Merseyside, with Liam Walsh signing permanently from Everton and Ryan Kent joining on loan from Liverpool for the remainder of the campaign.
With the halfway point of the window approaching, Johnson admits he could still be involved in further transfer business.
However, the City boss also cited the importance of keeping his squad together.
Speaking at his post-match press conference following the 1-0 defeat to Norwich City, he said: "We’re in the market.
"I think we’ve got enough to give it a really good go, to go and get a number of wins before the end of the season.
“We’ve got a bid or two in. It’s difficult to talk about pending transfers because a lot’s got to happen.
"At the same time I think it would be just as successful to not lose any of our players in the window.
"Obviously that’s an important part of the window as well. And it would continue our progression as a football club."
